Ground Game Texas helped organize the Denton Freedom Act, placing low-level marijuana enforcement directly before city voters. Proposition B limited arrests and citations for misdemeanor marijuana possession and restricted the use of city resources for marijuana enforcement and THC testing in most circumstances. Denton voters approved the ordinance with 71.34% of the vote in November 2022.
