Ground Game Texas helped take marijuana decriminalization directly to San Marcos voters through a citizen-initiated ordinance. The campaign gathered more than 10,000 petition signatures and qualified Proposition A for the November 2022 ballot. The measure ended low-level marijuana enforcement by the city, and voters approved it by an overwhelming 81.84%: 15,664 votes in favor to 3,475 against.
